2. Write down your beliefs around money and use this to guide your answers:

3. Create your Break Up Adventures List (things that are OUT of your comfort zone)

• Jui jitsu lessons

• Joining an intramural sport

• A trip to Spain

• Stand up paddle boarding

• Going to a concert solo

• Visit a planetarium

• Belly dancing class
