Why this book is a Must Read
This book has been a lifeline for me when I’ve been in conflict with loved ones. It’s affirmed that sometimes people truly are invested in constantly blaming other people (even when no one has done anything wrong). If you’ve ever needed some validation on how to let go of conflict, drama, or toxic relationships in your life, this book is for you.
What I Loved About This Book
This book was gifted to me by one of my mentors. And did it ever come at the perfect time. I was hurting pretty hard over conflict with someone who continually casts me as the villain in their stories. Following Matt’s 10 Golden Rules, I was able to remove myself from the chaos, and honour myself during the process.
